IHM Management Code

The IHM strongly believes that a committment to continuous professional development and ethical management by individual managers will ensure the highest quality of management in the NHS and throughout healthcare.

The Institute is committed to supporting its members with a personal and professional framework, the principles of which are found within the Healthcare Management Code.

Members are asked to renew their commitment to the principles of the Code and Continuing Professional Development requirements on an annual basis, taking the opportunity to review their development and management practice against the standards set within the code
