	Mr Peter Ramrayka Chair, London region Peter Ramrayka, MBA, CIHM, FIHEEM, FRSH has been an active member for over three decades and served on the former SE Thames and Scottish Regional Councils. He was awarded Companionship in 2005. Peter has worked in the medical branch of RAF, the NHS, UK and international health management consultancies managing individual and hospital groups, leading major service redesign and construction projects. Peter says, My day job is Director of Major Capital Projects/P21 Project Director South West London & St. Georges Mental Health NHS Trust What I bring to the Council is continuous membership of IHM ( in all of its previous incarnations) since 1974 including membership of the former South East Thames and Scottish Regional Councils What I want to get out of Council membership is to stimulate interest in the IHM as the organization of first choice for managers in ALL organizations involved in healthcare particularly those in the London catchment area. Specialist knowledge of management and leadership development, workplace learning and skills for life development. Member status Chartered Institute of Personal and Development, MSc Leadership and Human Resources Management, Manchester University What I want to get out of Council membership is to support individuals and organizations in the healthcare sector to access management and leadership development.
