East Midlands IHM represents members interests in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire and South Humberside.
The regional council is committed to supporting members in demonstrating their ‘professionalism’ by providing local educational events and networking opportunities. Our events programme includes a one-day annual conference and targeted seminars for members in both primary and secondary care.
In line with the wide range of organisations in which our members work, our regional council membership is diverse: members come from primary care, secondary care, practice management, students, arms length bodies and a range of independent sector organisations.
This diversity helps us to deliver events of interest to a wide range of members. As we have members spread over a large area we would like to widen representation on the regional council. We are particularly keen to hear from members in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland and Derbyshire.
