IHM Scotland is celebrating its 10th Annual Conference & Exhibition for those delivering and managing NHS services across Scotland. This year’s theme has been developed around “Getting the Balance Right”. As managers we have many challenges, pressures and situations to deal with, and many seem to conflict with each other! How can we find better ways to deal with them?
The conference through presentation, debate and informal discussion with colleagues, aims to deliver some solutions. Don’t miss out – come along and pick up some new ideas and practical methods for delivering ‘smart’ ways of working! The programme is scheduled from lunchtime to lunchtime so allowing you to either travel daily, or go to the office before or after the event!
