IHM Scotland is pleased to welcome back Hilary Robertson of Double Loop Development to present this workshop which will focus on techniques to assess how unexpected events might affect the continuing delivery of health and social care services and the importance of having a business continuity plan. The course will be suitable for new managers and those with some experience of business continuity planning who are seeking to refresh their knowledge.

The day links directly to the IHM Milestone “Emergency preparedness and business continuity planning” and the day’s activities will draw on examples from the Milestone.
