Chaired by Andrew Corbett-Nolan Chair The Institute for Healthcare Management Head of Governance Humana Europe and Non Executive Director Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, the conference provides a practical guide to implementing lean and six sigma across your own organisation at directorate and ward level, including an overview of the lean and six sigma tools.
The programme also includes a lean thinking workshop. Facilitated by the Lean Healthcare Academy, you will learn about the philosphy and tools in practice and have the opportunity to take part in an interactive workshop enabling you to work through case studies of using lean thinking, tools and techniques in practice.
