IHM North West is delighted to announce the details for our Annual Conference on Thursday 25 June 2009 with the theme of “Improving Quality”. As always, the conference will give delegates the opportunity to network with friends and colleagues old and new, as well as to hear from an impressive list of special guest speakers. Many organisations have used the conference as an opportunity for a team of managers to spend some quality time together as the 24-hour conference format provides for presentations from speakers on Thursday day, the social aspect at the evening dinner and disco on Thursday evening, and free time on the Friday for teams if they wish to discuss any issues at their leisure following the overnight stay.
The conference will be chaired by Aidan Kehoe, Acting Chief Executive of Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and our special guest speakers this year are:

IHM North West is conscious of the pressures on budgets, so we have negotiated a fantastic deal for delegates:·
IHM Members: £275.00, which includes attendance at the conference, lunch and refreshments during Thursday day, and 1 night’s accommodation including the conference dinner on Thursday evening and breakfast on Friday morning at the Castle Green Hotel·
The non-members rate this year is £325.00 which includes all of the above
To encourage teams from organisations to attend, we are also offering:“Book four places, and get a fifth place free”
(The free place will be the member rate if a combination of members and non-members)
