This one day conference provides an important update on the Review Consultation on No - Secrets - released by the Department of Health on 16 October 2008 and looking forward to the new guidance.
The conference begins with an important update on implementing the review of No Secrets and measuring and monitoring outcomes in safeguarding, with a focus on moving forward.
The conference also includes legal updates on the use and impacts of specific legislation including, the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
