TENTH NATIONAL PALLIATIVE CARE CONFERENCE
The conference includes a series of quality marker focus sessions - care pathway goals as quality markers, the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) and preferred place of death as a quality marker.
You will have the opportunity to learn about implementing, measuring and monitoring clinical outcomes in end of life care and linking these measures to the quality markers.
The conference concludes with an important insight into commissioning for quality into end of life care and improving the quality of bereavement care; a care pathway approach.
