Designatory letters
The following are the designatory letters authorised for use by Institute members:
- Companion of the Institute CIHM
- Fellow of the Institute FIHM
- Full member of the Institute MIHM
Those obtaining qualifications from IHM (or its founding bodies, AMGP and IHSM) are also entitled to use the designatory letters associated with their qualification.
- Certificate in Health Management Studies (IHSM) CertHMS
- Certificate in Health Services Management (IHSM) CertHSM
- Certificate in Managing Health Services (IHM/IHSM) CertMHS
- Certificate in Managing Health & Social Care (IHM) CertMHSC
- Diploma in Health Services Management (IHSM) DipHSM
- Professional Certificate in Primary Health Care Management (AMGP) CertAMGP
- Professional Diploma in Primary Health Care Management (AMGP) DipAMGP
