Currently this programme is exclusively for those individuals across NHS South East Coast who have attended an Aspirant Director Development Programme Assessment centre and have subsequently been offered a place on our MHSC milestones programme.

Applicants are able to study 3 milestones during a 12 month period. These milestones are supported by 6 facilitated action learning sets where applicants are encouraged to reflect on how studying the milestones is supporting both their personal development objectives and future career plans.
