Recruitment Policy
The programme is predominantly for the staff of the trust however we are happy for external candidates to attend if there are places. We intend running two cohorts a year starting in September and February with a maximum of 10 per cohort.

Other information
Individuals can opt to study the full milestones programme incorporating any three modules of choice or study a stand alone module that will help them increase their knowledge and skills which in turn will enhance their role. Each module will be supported by two action learning sets as well as informal support as necessary.
Summary
As an organisation we are keen to promote independent learning which allows people to meet their individual learning needs, the learning sets will also bring people together, share their learning and also develop their ability to reflect on their actions.
