The 'History in the Making' booklet is now available. It contains a wealth of stories from managers with a broad range of experience in healthcare. The short stories (Section 2) come with discussion questions and Section 3 contains a variety of resources; the aim is to encourage teams and organisations to take this forward and use storytelling as a innovative approach in supporting organisational learning and managing change.
 
A Worcestershire group of managers and team leaders met once again for a study workshop as part of their ongoing Managing in Health and Social Care (MHSC) programme.
VTS Programme
Dr Candida Hepworth presented a paper on the VTS programme 1st Primary Care Conference organised by the Royal College of General Practitioners.
