History in the Making
The 'History in the Making' booklet is now available. It contains a wealth of stories from managers with a broad range of experience in healthcare. The short stories (Section 2) come with discussion questions and Section 3 contains a variety of resources; the aim is to encourage teams and organisations to take this forward and use storytelling as a innovative approach in supporting organisational learning and managing change. |
