addresses managing performance, leadership, motivation & change. - Managing Services
introduces customer orientation and the manager's responsibility for financial management into Health & Social Care. It enables you to define and apply relevant concepts of quality in the service delivery setting. - Managing Information
focuses on the importance of information management in delivery of Health & Social Care, in particular the role of information in decision making.
