INTRODUCING OUR REGIONAL NETWORKS (HUBS)
IHSCM Regional Hubs are designed to provide you with locally accessible, convenient, regular and high quality workshops, programmes, meetings and social events, all geared to the development of you as a manager in health and social care.
It is our firm intention to establish our IHSCM Hubs all over the United Kingdom so that no member lives more than about an hour’s journey away from one.
We have to start somewhere and the brilliant, pioneer Trusts leading the way are:
- North West – St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals
- West Midlands – Royal Wolverhampton & Walsall Healthcare NHS Trusts (combined)
- East – Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn
- London – Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital
For further details about each of the above hubs please click on the relevant image below.
We are already in discussion with Trusts and other health and care providers across the UK with regards our second wave of appointments and if you would like your organisation to be considered, please email us by Clicking Here
We were very pleased at the response we received following our first workshop, focused on ‘High Performance Leadership for the 2020s’ held at St Helen’s & Knowsley’s Whiston Hospital on 4th and 5th March.
Whilst we would love to run similar workshops across all our other hubs, unfortunately the situation with Covid19 means this is not possible at this time, so we are holding online High Performance Leadership Workshops via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. However, we have produced online content for all our regional hubs which can be accessed by clicking on the button below:
‘’I have just attended the High Performance Leadership session and I found it really helpful. Some of the techniques I was already using, but Jon’s explanations showed me I could use them even more effectively. Could you please pass on my thanks’’
IHSCM VIRTUAL REGIONAL MEETINGS
We are constantly striving to add value to your membership and, in keeping with this, we are excited to announce further dates in our series of virtual IHM Regional meetings.
These are meetings open to any member of the IHM regardless of membership grade, from student to Companion. You will be able to talk to each other and interact with the facilitator, as well as ask formal questions. The intention is to make the meetings informal and to have the subjects which we cover guided by the membership attending. For each one a principal facilitator will be appointed who will lead the conversation.
We wish you all well in these challenging times and look forward to meeting you in person at one or more of the Regional Meetings. (Dates and details can be found in the Events section of the website).
